Descrizione del lavoro Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.
Qualifiche Languages: Native Italian speaker ; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions).
A third language is a fantastic premio.
Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility: Availability to work shifts,
including weekends and holidays.
