-- Building Architecture and Sustainability Architect Posting Date: 1 Jul **** City: Genova Location: Genova, IT, ***** Contract Type: Permanent Division: Civil Engineering Level of experience: Senior RINA is currently recruiting for a Building Architecture and Sustainability Architect to join its office in Genoa within the Civil Engineering Division.
Mission The Architect leads the design and execution of complex building projects, with a focus on sustainability, building physics, and engineering integration.
The role combines creative architectural vision with technical performance, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of functionality, aesthetics, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
The Architect would lead technical delivery for local and International (India/Middle East) projects.
Key Accountabilities Architectural Design Leadership: Lead the development of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with client needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements with the adaptation of global concept to local standards.
Project Management: Define project scope, schedules,



and deliverables in collaboration with engineering project management teams and stakeholders.
Monitor progress across all project phases; coordination with local consultants and contractors and time/cost control.
Building Physics at least 4 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership, ideally in integrated design environments; experience in sustainable building design and familiarity with energy modeling or environmental assessment tools is a plus; strong design sensibility with proven experience in sustainable and performance-based architecture; deep knowledge of building codes, construction technologies, and materials in India proficiency in BIM and design tools: AutoCAD , Revit , Rhino , Adobe Suite ; excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills; ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural environments; problem-solving mindset with attention to technical and design detail; strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
