The RPA Support Specialist role exists to maintain the technical infrastructure that allows our analysts to focus on written argument.
While many firms use automation to simply speed up tasks, we use it to preserve the accuracy of the data that informs our signed memoranda.
This is a tempo pieno, fully remote position designed for an entry level professional who understands that even technical support is a form of intellectual discipline.
The Role As an RPA Support Specialist, you will monitor and maintain the automated processes that pull data for our strategic reviews.
Your daily tasks involve scrutinizing automated logs to identify gaps in data retrieval and ensuring that the software robots operating within our partner's environment are functioning without error.
You will not just fix bugs: you will write brief summaries explaining why a process failed and how the fix preserves the integrity of the final report.
This role requires you to look at automation through the lens of a researcher.
You will be responsible for the health of scripts that aggregate financial figures and corporate records, providing a clean foundation for our principals to build their arguments.
Much of your time will be spent reading technical documentation and drafting reports on system performance.




What You Bring We are looking for an individual who is comfortable with the logic of automation and the precision of the written word.
You should have a basic familiarity with RPA tools or general scripting languages, perhaps through university projects, internships, or personal study.
Because we do not use slide decks or verbal presentations to convey findings, you must be able to write clearly and concisely.
You should possess the intellectual curiosity to understand the logic behind a data point, not just the mechanics of the script.
Accuracy is paramount here.
