/ppWe are looking for an experiencedbAccounting Manager /b to lead our accounting and tax compliance activities in Italy while supporting wider EMEA finance initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
/ppAs Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring statutory compliance, delivering accurate financial reporting, managing local treasury activities, and leading a high-performing accounting team.
/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliLead all accounting operations for the Italian legal entity.
/liliEnsure accurate month-end and year-end financial reporting under applicable accounting standards.
/liliManage general ledger activities and maintain the integrity of accounting records.
/liliOversee the preparation and filing of statutory financial statements.
/liliReview and validate financial data transferred between ERP and reporting systems.
/liliPayroll Management: Direct the processing of employee salaries, benefits, social security contributions, and withholding taxes.
Oversee time and attendance tracking, manage calculations for severance pay (TFR) and complementary pension funds, and ensure the timely submission of all statutory declarations (including Uniemens, CU, Modello 770, and INAIL autoliquidazione) /li /ulpbTax Compliance /b /pulliEnsure full compliance with Italian tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax requirements.
/liliCoordinate statutory audits and support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors,



and regulatory authorities.
/liliManage legal and corporate governance requirements, including Board and Shareholder meetings.
/li /ulpbPlanning Analysis /b /pulliPrepare annual forecasts, tax estimates, budgets, and cost center plans.
/liliAnalyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast.
/liliSupport decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting.
/li /ulpbTreasury Banking /b /pulliManage local treasury activities in line with corporate policies.
/liliMaintain relationships with banking partners and coordinate financing requirements, bank guarantees, and other treasury-related matters.
/li /ulpbLeadership /b /pulliLead, develop, and coach the accounting team.
/liliDrive employee performance, engagement, and professional development.
/liliPrioritize workload and resources to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved.
/li /ulpbProjects Continuous Improvement /b /pulliParticipate in EMEA-wide finance initiatives and transformation projects.
/liliContribute to ERP implementations and process improvement programs.
/liliMaintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
/li /ulpbWhat We're Looking For: /b /ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliDegree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
/liliMinimum 8 years of accounting experience in a corporate or international environment.
/liliAt least 4 years of people management experience.
/liliStrong knowledge of Italian accounting standards, statutory reporting, and tax regulations.




/liliExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
/liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
/liliFluent Italian and strong English communication skills.

/liliExposure to ERP systems such as SAP and corporate reporting tools.
/liliProven project management capabilities.
