/ph3Job Description /h3pThe FNTP Director will lead our renewable energy projects from AU approved status through to full notice to proceed (FNTP).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large?scale projects on time and within budget.
Good leadership skills are needed.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the project financing process to meet all necessary requirements.
/liliCollaborate with the Construction team to obtain secondary?level permits and oversee construction works.
/liliLead technical and legal due?diligence processes, capital raising, MA, and financing procedures.
/liliDefine the strategic plan to bring projects to RTB or FNTP.
/liliDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled.




/liliSupport the structured finance team during both the signing and closing phases.
/liliEngage in activities to finalize the department's budget and strategic plan.
/liliSupport local community engagement and maintain rapport with all authorities involved in the construction phase.
/liliObtain executive project approval and enforce compliance.
/liliOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
/liliEngage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
/liliIdentify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
/liliReview technical, administrative, and legal documentation.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven track record of managing large?scale renewable energy projects in the solar PV or wind industry from inception to FNTP.
/liliStrong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
/liliKnowledge of greenfield development dynamics.
/liliPrevious experience in permitting and authorization of renewable projects in Italy.
/liliKnowledgeable of environmental and permitting regulations and planning.
