ppThe bJunior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x) /b operates within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Competence Center of the Röchling Automotive Division, reporting to the ESM IT Global Manager.
The role is accountable for driving the design, implementation, and evolution of global ESM solutions across the Automotive Division's global footprint.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.
/li liManage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions.
/li liDevelop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives.
/li liOversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance,



governance, and effective knowledge management.
/li liCollaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts.
/li liDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.
/li liEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals.
/li liServe as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development.
