/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities /li liEvaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI-powered analytics platform, ensuring alignment with Tenova's strategic goals /li liExplore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence /li liSupport the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms /li liDesign and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders /li liEnsure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives /li /ul h3What We Ask For /h3 ul liSolid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting)
