Ph3Job Description /h3pHard Rock International Job Description: Sales Marketing Coordinator /ppbLocation /b: Hard Rock Cafe /ppbPosition Title /b: Sales Marketing Coordinator /ppbReports To /b: Department Manager and/or General Manager /ppbFLSA Status /b: Salaried - Overtime Exempt /ph3Position Summary /h3pProvide support for the Cafe Sales Marketing team while taking ownership of specific initiatives that will assist in driving sales. /ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3ulliWrite and negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to Corporate procedures. /liliAssembling of the Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar. /liliReporting of weekly Occupancy Reporting Programs by working with local hotel Concierge. /liliCommunication and follow up with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners. /liliAdministration of package programs. /liliEnsure receipt of payment from client by following Corporate procedures. /liliMaintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, skirting, etc.). /liliUpdating of “cafe” website to be communicated with Support Center On-Line Marketing team. /liliPartnering with Sales Marketing Manager in the prospecting calls to Corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings. /liliAssist in execution and attend buyouts, functions, and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction, and promote future business. /liliAttend trade‑shows as approved by cafe budget and Corporate Sales and Marketing departments. /liliLiaise between Support Center Sales Marketing departments and the cafe. /liliWork with SM, GM, and KM to ensure that contract/menu is executable. /liliAttend meetings with SM Manager as requested to communicate events/functions to management team and/or staff.
