/p h3About the Role /h3 pFor our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in bAlba (CN) /b, we are looking for three bGlobal Industrial Excellence and Autonomous Maintenance Experts.
/b /p pIn this position, you will be responsible for the bdevelopment and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX)



/b methodologies related to bLean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) /b and the bTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM) /b, with a focus on the bAutonomous Maintenance (AM) /b pillar.
/p pIn this role, you will also bcoordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops /b with related industrial functions.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pCovering this role, you will become the bchange agent /b, bringing your bcontinuous improvement mindset /b and fostering the boperational excellence culture /b.
/p pYou will support the team manager in ensuring bcoordination among central Operation Performance teams /b and with other bIndustrial Supply Chain departments and partner functions /b (Health Safety, Food Safety Quality, Engineering, People Organization, etc.) bguaranteeing coherence in alignment with FOX principles and methodologies /b.
/p pMoreover, you will bdevelop and improve AM methodologies and related procedures /b.
Your role will involve bcreating, updating and standardizing training materials, defining AM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Activity Indicators (KAIs) /b and bsetting related targets /b at Group and Area levels.
You will bcoordinate with Area Industrial Performance Managers and coach Plants' referents /b on FOX principles and AM methodologies, leveraging on the b"train-the-trainer" concept /b.
You will bsupport the consolidation /b, at group level, of the bprogress of local initiatives, training sessions, audits/assessments, and results /b to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness to global benchmark levels.




/p pbAssessing and validating the maturity of the FOX program implementation and AM methodologies adoption at the local level through /b baudit/assessment plans /b will be a key part of your responsibilities.
/p h3About you /h3 pYou will bring your master's degree in engineering or related technical fields, your bdeep understanding of industrial processes, solid experience /b and expertise in bLean Manufacturing / WCM / TPM methodologies implementation /b, in particular on the bAutonomous Maintenance pillar /b, demonstrated by a bproven track record and results delivery /b.
/p pThanks to your beffective communication and leadership skills /b, you will be able to binfluence, coach and train different levels of the organization /b, to land the program at bglobal scale /b.
You speak bfluent English /b; any other language will be a plus for us.

/p h3What We Offer /h3 pThe role is classified at Level Quadro Funzionario under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € ******.
The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 15% of base salary.
