/p pThe selected candidate will be part of a bcross-functional team /b and will play a key role in the btechnical management of production lines /b , ensuring operational efficiency, supporting activity planning, and driving continuous improvement.
The goal is to ensure compliance with production, maintenance, and HSE standards, with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and quality.
/p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul lipEnsure deep knowledge of the bproduction process /b and all its components (including technical documentation); /p /li lipDefine and manage the correct setup of bproduction equipment /b to ensure alignment with the production plan; /p /li lipPrepare operating procedures and technical notes to share bbest practices /b across teams; /p /li lipManage process banomalies /b and lead broot cause analysis /b and first-level problem-solving; /p /li lipCollaborate with the Maintenance Manager to execute routine and bextraordinary maintenance /b (IC/IL, predictive,
corrective); /p /li lipCarry out specific binterventions /b on production equipment and support predictive maintenance activities; /p /li lipAnalyze process data and manage bkey performance indicators /b (OEE, alarms, rejects, downtime, AQMS data, etc.); /p /li lipPropose and lead bcontinuous improvement /b initiatives and bCapEx /b projects; /p /li lipbTrain and support /b operational and maintenance staff through technical knowledge and training activities; /p /li lipManage spare parts binventory /b , including reordering levels, codification, and interchangeability; /p /li lipPlan and coordinate activities during bShutdown periods /b ; /p /li lipEvaluate bHSE risks /b related to maintenance interventions in collaboration with the Technical Team; /p /li lipInteract with national and international bsuppliers /b for components and technical services.
/p /li /ul pbRequired Qualifications /b /p ul lipMaster's degree in bMechanical, Chemical, or Automation /b Engineering (or equivalent); /p /li lipb1-2 years of experience /b in production, engineering, or maintenance within structured companies; /p /li lipFluent in bEnglish /b (minimum level B2); /p /li lipKnowledge of bmaintenance fundamentals and KPIs /b , as well as basic metrology concepts.
