ppThe candidate will join the RTW Development team in Rome and will be a key figure in the Sportswear Denim development process.
She/he will take ownership of the Sportswear Denim collection's development process from initial concept to final product, working across teams to ensure creative designs are translated into innovative products and achieving Fendi quality standards.
/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a lead contact point and take responsibility for the development of the Sportswear Denim collection; /li liParticipate in technical meetings with Style, modelling, production and development teams to move projects smoothly to next steps; /li liWork on the development of the Sportswear Denim Collection, coordinating the activities and resources involved in the sample process and monitoring samples production process; /li liManage the planning coordination and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, costing and commercialization; /li liReview all prototypes and market samples to ensure accuracy in execution; /li liParticipate during production and development fittings, communicating updated tech packs/specs to factories and following up to make sure adjustments are made timely; /li liLead relationships with suppliers and manufacturers on development projects and together with the production team provide feedback on all products; /li liAdhere to company's product development calendar, tracking collection's progress and solving issues in order to meet collection objectives and deadlines; /li liLiaise with suppliers for the progress and return of developments within the scheduled dates and to find the best solution to work, always with a view to sustainability; /li liReview all components with an eye for quality,



and performance.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liAt least 8-10 years' experience in a similar role within Sportswear product development, preferably in fashion luxury companies; /li liUniversity degree with emphasis on clothing; /li liStrong knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, fabrics, woven as well as garment specifications, fitting and pattern making; /li liPassion for the product and attention to detail; /li liCapable of multi-tasking and coordinating different projects; /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /li liGood level of English; /li liAvailability to travel in Italy /li /ul pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person's singularities.
