/ppOur client is now recruiting an bAsset Manager /b based in bRome (or remotely in Italy) /b to support the expansion of solar operations and business opportunities across the country.
/ph3Your Role /h3pYou will act as the key interface between asset owners and internal departments, ensuring optimal management of renewable energy installations while contributing to the company's business growth in Italy.
/ppLocation: Rome (3 days office / 2 days remote) – Full remote in Italy possible after onboarding.
/ppTravel: Occasional trips within Italy, France, UK /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pullibStakeholder management /b: coordinate between asset owners and internal teams (technical, financial, commercial) and ensure contractual obligations are met.
/lilibOperational performance management /b: prepare budgets, draft operational reports, oversee insurance claims, and carry out on-site inspections (audits, supplier monitoring, regulatory checks).




/lilibBusiness development /b: identify opportunities, build market knowledge, respond to tenders, attend industry events, and develop tailored service proposals.
/li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliAt least b2 years' experience /b in renewable energy asset management, OM, or service contract sales in or for Italy (solar preferred; wind or related sectors accepted).
/liliStrong knowledge of the bItalian renewable energy market /b (electricity market, GSE certifications, energy distributors, grid access, local regulations).
/liliTechnical background (engineering/industrial/renewables) bor /b commercial background with exposure to technical operations in renewable /liliComfortable managing both technical and client-facing activities.
/liliLanguages: bItalian and English fluency required /b, French a plus.
/liliBachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
