/ppHe/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari.
/ppHe/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment development programs, leadership soft skills learning programs, engagement wellbeing projects.
/ppstrongMain Accountabilities: /strong /polliSupport in designing and managing leadership and talent development programs /liliRun assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, role playing, tests questionnaires, interviews, leadership, and individual development programs /liliManage 360 feedback process /liliManage, consolidate and analyze exit interviews surveys /liliPerform career interviews /liliEnsure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system /liliDevelop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs /liliRun the Bulgari Learning offer (soft, behavioral and leadership trainings)



/liliSchedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.).
Guarantee effective and efficient classroom tutoring and collect trainees' feedback.
