/p h3Quality Control Manager /h3 h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment.
You will partecipate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.
/p h3PPAP Management /h3 ulliDefine and standardize PPAP documentation templates and requirements for suppliers.
/liliIdentify and implement an effective method for collecting and managing supplier PPAP documentation within SAP.
/liliStandardize the process for collection, review, approval, and archiving of supplier PPAP documentation.
/liliManage PPAP timelines and ensure suppliers meet required submission deadlines.
/li /ul h3Quality Documentation /h3 ulliDefine and implement standard documentation templates and procedures within the Incoming Quality Control department, including:ulliTest Reports /liliSampling Plans for Supplier Qualification and Approval /liliNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs) /li /ul /li /ul h3Sample Management /h3 ulliAlign sample management processes with digital methodologies.
/liliDefine and implement a controlled process covering the majority of sampling and qualification scenarios.
/liliInvolve the Quality Control team in process definition and collaborate with Industrialization and Procurement to ensure a stable and sustainable implementation.




/li /ul h3Engineering Changes and Drawing Revisions /h3 ulliLead the transformation of the drawing revision and engineering change management process in collaboration with Engineering and Industrialization.
/liliMinimize unnecessary material handling and Incoming Quality Control activities caused by insufficient information flow within the supply chain.
/li /ul h3SAP QM Development and Governance /h3 ulliPromote and coordinate the extension of SAP QM utilization across Supplier Quality and Incoming Inspection processes.
/liliContribute to the definition and implementation of SAP QM methodologies for supplier material blocking and release management.
/liliImplement SAP QM standards for the planning and execution of periodic inspections on critical components.
/liliDefine and maintain dedicated SAP QM inspection plans for critical components, leveraging advanced statistical analysis capabilities.
/liliEnsure the maintenance and continuous update of SAP master data related to critical components and associated quality control requirements.
/li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ulliEngineering degree or diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Management).
/liliPrevious experience in similar roles is a plus /liliKnowledge of electrical diagrams and technical drawings (2D-3D) and Knowledge of failure analysis methodologies (DMAIC-8D-Ishikawa) /liliUse of SAP management systems, Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI.
/liliSix-sigma yellow/green belt certification is a plus.
/liliStrong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
/liliTeamwork, Problem Solving and Leadership skills in cross-functional problem management.
/liliFluency in English (medium level both written and spoken) and good knowledge of Italian.
