/p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liResponsibility for the care, management and wellbeing of our horses /li liLead and oversee the daily operations of our equestrian department /li liPlan, organise and continuously develop our equestrian programme /li liDeliver riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, as well as lead trail rides /li liCoordination and supervision of the daily operations of the riding arena and stables /li liLead, motivate and develop the equestrian team /li liEnsure the highest standards of quality, safety and animal welfare /li liWork closely with the General Management and all operational departments /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in equestrian operations and horse management /li liPrevious leadership experience is an advantage /li liStrong knowledge of horse care,
