ppMarketing Manager AESTHETICS position for Mastelli plays a pivotal role in the definition of the strategic intents and orientation of the Mastelli AESTHETICS division.
The role lead for the implementation and communication of the marketing strategies for foreign markets/countries.
/ppThe Marketing Manager AESTHETICS ensures the effective implementation and roll?out of the Marketing programmes into all regions where the Orthopedic division intend to expand and grow.
/ppThis role participates in business reviews and leadership team meetings especially within the aesthetic business unit.
/ppReporting to the Head of Marketing, will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for our existing ortho portfolio as well as launching and integrating new products and product line extensions.
Responsible for executing marketing programs effectively across all regions and spearheading new initiatives to accelerate growth and elevate brand presence.
/ph3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ulliOversee the development and maintenance of product collateral, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, price sheets, order forms, and more.
Partner with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to craft powerful marketing plans that drive results, including promotions, incentives, advertising, social media, and product launches.




/liliDevelop in-depth knowledge of products within the assigned portfolio and serve as an information resource internally and with partners.
/liliParticipate in assigned brand projects, optimizing cross?functional expertise.
/liliOwn day?to?day tracking of brand budgets and expenditures.
/liliPartner with finance to ensure accuracy of accruals and forecasts.
/liliSupport purchase order and invoice management processes.
/li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
/lili3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred).
/liliStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
/liliHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
/liliExperience with budget tracking systems or marketing operations platforms.
/liliComfortable navigating cross?functional environments and field collaboration.
/liliFluent in Business English.
/liliSuccessful track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
/liliKnowledge of Healthcare Compliance Principles is a plus.
