/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Pastry Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and other baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

cakes, desserts, breads, and specialty baked products.
/li liDesign and develop new dessert menus, seasonal items, and customized products.
/li liEnsure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all baked goods.
/li liDecorate cakes, pastries, and desserts according to company standards and customer requirements.
/li liMonitor inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies as needed.
/li liMaintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
/li liSupervise, train, and mentor pastry staff.
/li liControl food costs, minimize waste, and manage portion control.
/li liEnsure all products are prepared and stored according to health and safety standards.
/li liCollaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop menu concepts and special event offerings.

/li liKnowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
