You will provide technical expertise and design support to the sales team, developing innovative and cost-effective solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze customer needs thoroughly and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to their specific requirements, considering throughput, space, budget, and integration needs.
/liliConsult with customers and internal teams to design the optimal intralogistics solution, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer objectives.
/liliCollaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop winning intralogistics automation solutions.
/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with technical contacts at customer sites and partner organizations to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
/liliMaintain an in-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments.
/liliSupport the sales team throughout the project sales cycle by providing technical expertise, developing compelling solution concepts, and creating impactful presentations.
/liliCoordinate technical details effectively with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure seamless solution delivery and successful project execution.
/liliDevelop detailed technical documentation, including solution layouts, equipment specifications, and system architectures,



to guide implementation and support future maintenance.
/liliStay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in intralogistics automation to continuously improve our solutions and stay ahead of the competition.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliCompleted studies in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Logistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
/liliProven experience in solution design, system integration, or technical consulting within the automation or intralogistics industry.
/liliStrong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market is a plus.
/liliIn-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments.
/liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and develop optimal solutions.
/liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
/liliProficiency in 3D layouting with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CET Designer) and simulation tools (sim3D, Plantsim).
/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
/liliWillingness to travel within the region.
/liliFluency in English; German is a plus.
