/p /brpReporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing existing Sensient Flavors Europe accounts assigned within the scope of the Strategy determined by the Company.
/p /brpThis position is office-based in any of our European offices: Heverlee (Belgium), Illkirch (France), Milton Keynes (UK), Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), Geesthacht (Germany).
/p /brh3What will you do: /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and maintain relationships with a substantial portfolio of existing and prospective customers in the food and beverage industry.
/li /brliDrive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating effectively, introducing innovation, and building long-term client partnerships.
/li /brliCollaborate cross-functionally with RD, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
/li /brliManage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, implementing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and supporting pricing initiatives.
/li /brliTrack customer activity, maintain accurate records, and communicate key sales updates and opportunities to management.

/li /brliExperience in sales or in a commercial or customer support role in a B2B environment.




/li /brliFluency in English and another European language (per location).
Any additional European language would be an advantage.
