/li /ulh3What You'll Do /h3ulliManage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details,



and provide clear, professional advice.
/liliCoordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
/liliGuide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
/liliCollaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
