Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Receiving Clerk to assist with logistics operations carried out on behalf of its client at a site in Valence.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you are responsible for receiving, inspecting, and logging goods upon their arrival at the site.

You are responsible for ensuring that received products comply with the relevant documentation and that the receiving process is carried out properly.

Receipt and Inspection of Goods:

- Accept delivery of goods delivered by carriers

- Unload packages and pallets

- Inspect incoming goods and verify that they match the delivery slips

- Identify and track any potential issues with deliveries

- Monitor incoming flows

IT Reception:

- Perform IT acceptance testing using the client's tools and software





- Verify that the goods received match the computer records

- Ensure the recording and traceability of receiving operations

- Conduct the necessary investigations and checks in the event of a discrepancy or anomaly

Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:

- Follow procedures, QSE guidelines, and safety rules

- Adopt a curious and proactive approach when handling receipts

- Identify and report any malfunctions encountered

- Take the initiative in proposing ideas for continuous improvement and business performance
