Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort &, Spa – Dominica, Caribbean Sanctuary Rainforest Eco Resort &, Spa, an upcoming luxury wellness and eco-resort in the spectacular natural surroundings of Dominica, Caribbean, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources, Training &, Administration Manager to join our pre-opening leadership team. This position requires a strong hospitality HR professional with international work experience and proven exposure to multicultural teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead all pre-opening HR, recruitment and onboarding activities. - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and administrative systems. - Coordinate recruitment of local and international employees, including expatriate documentation and work-permit processes. - Develop and manage the resort's training and development framework, including orientation, service culture and departmental training programs. - Work closely with Department Heads to identify training needs and establish training plans. - Build a strong organisational culture focused on luxury service, wellness, sustainability and employee engagement. - Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes and staff welfare. - Maintain personnel records, attendance, leave administration and other HR documentation. - Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour requirements. - Assist the General Manager and leadership team with overall resort administration during pre-opening and Profile &, Mandatory Requirements - Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience within the hospitality industry, with previous experience in a managerial capacity.



- International work experience is compulsory. Candidates must have previous working experience in the Middle East, Maldives, or another international hospitality destination outside their home country. - Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or resort environment is required. - Pre-opening experience is highly preferred. - Proven experience managing and developing a multicultural and multinational workforce. - Strong background in Training &, Development, with the ability to design and deliver hospitality service training programs. - Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish HR systems, policies and procedures from the ground up. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. - Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.What We OfferAn exciting opportunity to become part of the pre-opening leadership team of a distinctive luxury rainforest, wellness and eco-resort in the Caribbean, with an attractive expatriate package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
