You will combine strong observational skills, sound judgement, and discretion with a high level of vigilance and a hands‑on approach to security operations, with a particular focus on the continuous monitoring of CCTV systems and the prompt identification and response to any unusual or suspicious activity. /ph3Responsibilities and Duties: /h3ulliContinuously monitor CCTV cameras and security systems throughout the overnight shift, maintaining a high level of focus and awareness. /liliIdentify, assess, and promptly investigate suspicious activity, unusual behaviour, safety concerns, unauthorized access, or other potential security incidents. /liliMaintain clear and accurate records of CCTV observations, incidents, actions taken, and relevant overnight activity. /liliConduct regular security patrols of the property, including guest areas, entrances and exits, back‑of‑house areas, service corridors, and other designated locations. /liliMonitor access points and support the control of employee, contractor, and guest access during overnight hours.



/liliRespond promptly to security alerts, alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance. /liliCoordinate with the overnight operational team and relevant departments when security or safety concerns arise. /liliEscalate serious incidents to management and, when required, emergency services in accordance with established procedures. /liliPreserve confidentiality and handle CCTV footage and security‑related information with the highest level of discretion and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. /liliSupport emergency procedures, including evacuation, fire response, medical incidents, and other critical situations. /liliComplete detailed incident reports and provide an accurate handover to the incoming Security team or management. /liliAssist in protecting guests, employees, property, assets, and confidential information at all times. /liliMaintain a visible yet discreet security presence while consistently delivering professional and courteous service. /liliCoordinate with the external security company, ensuring effective communication, alignment on security procedures, and timely follow‑up on any incidents or concerns. /li /ulh3Who you are: /h3ulliPrevious experience in security, surveillance, loss prevention, hospitality security, or a similar role is preferred. /liliExperience monitoring CCTV and electronic security systems is strongly preferred. /liliExcellent observation skills and strong attention to detail. /liliAbility to maintain sustained concentration during overnight hours. /liliStrong situational awareness and sound decision‑making skills. /liliAbility to remain calm, discreet, and professional during emergencies or challenging situations. /liliClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare accurate incident reports. /liliHigh level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality. /liliAbility to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider overnight team. /liliAvailability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
