She/he will be responsible for coordinating, managing and ensuring target achievement in the assigned competence field. /p ul liEnsuring the integration and the required performances of the different vehicle systems, within the competence field /li liEnsuring/monitoring the robustness of the Typical sections, base for the Design convergence phase /li liEnsuring/monitoring the robustness of the Data released for tooling kick off and production (3D / 2D) /li liManagement/coordination of the work team, including cooperation with other departments, customers, engineering partners and product suppliers /li liEnsure alignment on technical specifications between teamwork, departments and customer /li liDefining/monitoring a time/budget planning and managing project workload /li liAchievement of the project's technical objectives relevant for the competence field /li liManagement of "escalation" process on issues related to the competence field /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of body and trim development for production /li liKnowledge of materials and production technology with particular attention to Composites and Aluminium /li liKnowledge of tooling lead time /li liKnowledge of main characteristic affecting target/performances /li liKnowledge on how to deal and interpret Design model /li liAbility to transform technical contents/targets into economic/geometric constraints into feasible process solutions /li liAbility to organize/motivate a teamwork depending on needs and contingent situations /li liProblem solving and ability to synthesize information /li liPriority management, proactivity, flexibility, resilience /li liAbility to manage component and system suppliers /li liDecision making skills combined with an assertive and persuasive leadership style /li liAbility to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions /li /ul h3Preferential Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical drawing and modeling (CAD processes, basic knowledge of Catia 5 and data release systems) /li liQuality standards, processes, dynamics according to customer (OEM) process and requirements /li liLegislative/homologation/rating constraints /li liKnowledge of component validation methods and procedures (e.g. testing specifications) /li liAbility to transfer methodology and know how in her / his own project team and to the rest of the department team /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pEducation: Technical High School degree, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Materials engineering or equivalent. /p pLanguage skills: Fluent Knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
