ph3Job Title Commercial and Professional Support Specialist Job Description /h3pAs a Commercial Professional support specialist, you will play a key role in enabling commercial success by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Sleep Respiratory Care team. /ppYou will help ensure excellent customer experiences, support business growth initiatives, maintain accurate data and reporting, and contribute to the successful execution of field activities and customer engagement programs. /ppYou will interact with internal teams and customers, supporting day-to-day operations while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence. /pulliyou will play a key role in enabling commercial success by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Sleep Respiratory Care team. /liliYou will help ensure excellent customer experiences, support business growth initiatives, maintain accurate data and reporting, and contribute to the successful execution of field activities and customer engagement programs. /liliYou will interact with internal teams and customers, supporting day-to-day operations while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence. /liliSupport the SRC team with inventory management, customer inquiries related to products and tender requirements, and operational activities associated with customer engagement and field initiatives. /liliProvide customer support for SRC Software Solutions and assist with the adoption and maintenance of sales support tools and platforms. /liliMaintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM databases, customer records, reports, and sales documentation. /liliRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, helping resolve routine and moderately complex issues according to established procedures. /liliAnalyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to generate insights that support commercial decision-making. /liliConduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives. /liliAssist in the development of commercial presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and sales materials to support customer-facing activities. /liliCompile and prepare reports on key performance indicators, market developments, and customer engagement activities. /liliManage and maintain sales support resources, including product specifications, promotional materials, and commercial tools. /liliCoordinate multiple activities and priorities with a high degree of organization and autonomy while ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines.
/liliSupport process improvement initiatives and contribute to identifying and resolving operational issues to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /liliCollaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, sharing best practices and supporting departmental objectives. /liliAssist in hardware and software renewal projects and other operational initiatives as required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliYou are the right fit if you have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or a related field. /liliExperience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, coordination, or an administrative support role. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /liliExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and commercial data. /liliGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market information. /liliExcellent communication and customer-facing skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /liliDemonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. /liliProfessional proficiency in English. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3pWe are offering an apprendistato contract with a base salary range of €32.000 - 34.500. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
