In this role, you will manage and expand strategic relationships with key clients, drive sales performance, and strengthen our brand presence. You will play a central role in building lasting partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. The position is available in our Conegliano office. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and expand the key client portfolio in the HoReCa sector. /li liDefine and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. /li liNegotiate contracts, commercial terms,



and framework agreements. /li liIdentify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. /li liMonitor sales KPIs, client performance, and market trends. /li liCollaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa product portfolio. /li liSupport the Area Manager network and coordinate with internal functions (logistics, product, data, pricing, etc). /li liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, or a related field. /li li3-6 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally as a Key Account Manager or Area Manager in the HoReCa or FMCG sectors. /li liStrong knowledge of the HoReCa market and major operators. /li liExcellent negotiation, relationship management, and client‑handling skills. /li liResults‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. /li liCollaborative team player with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across functions. /li liProficiency in Excel and experience with sales analysis and reporting tools. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li liAvailability to travel and attend industry trade fairs. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liGross annual base salary: €40.000 - €45.000 depending on experience. /li liIndividual performance premio: up to €8.000 annually. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pIf you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.
