This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow their career in payroll and HR services within an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. /li liEnsure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data throughout the payroll cycle. /li liPerform payroll administration and processing activities in compliance with local regulations. /li liPrepare and deliver accurate payslips within agreed deadlines. /li liEnsure payroll entries are correctly reflected in the accounting records. /li liProduce payroll-related reports and support data analysis requirements.
/li liEscalate complex payroll matters to senior team members when appropriate. /li liProcess special payroll events, including terminations, final settlements, relocation payments, bonuses, and other non-standard payments. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in bLaw, Economics, Business Administration /b, or a related field. /li li3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a payroll services, outsourcing, or consulting environment. /li liStrong knowledge of bItalian payroll processes and Italian labour law /b. /li liGood command of English /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. /li liExperience working with payroll systems (preferably Zucchetti paghe infinity) and HR-related technologies. /li liStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability. /li liProblem-solving attitude and ability to work independently when needed. /li liResults-oriented, with a focus on both individual and team success. /li liCollaborative team player who contributes positively to the working environment. /li /ul h3What's in it for you? /h3 ul lib3 days of home working per week /b /li liWelfare policy + Buoni pasto /li liRefer a friend policy /li liBusiness academy /li /ul h3We're looking forward to getting to know you! /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
