ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Supply Chain Performance Manager plays a key role within the EMEA Supply Chain Performance team, supporting initiatives aimed at improving supplier performance, reducing supply chain risk, and ensuring operational continuity. This position focuses on supplier assessment, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and process improvement, while also supporting strategic sourcing projects and part transfers. /p pThe jobholder will work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, providing technical and process expertise to strengthen the performance and reliability of the supply base. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with Stakeholders to improve key supply chain metrics (PDSL, RDSL, WALT, Stocking). /li liCollaborate in preparing and presenting monthly performance reports. /li liParticipate in Supplier Business Review Sessions (SBRS) and support escalations as needed. /li liMonitor and communicate supplier performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement. /li liAssist in maintaining clean and reliable data to support strategic decision-making. /li liContribute to Power BI dashboard enhancements and the development of new reports. /li liAnalyse supplier data to support stocking program discussions and inventory optimisation. /li liAssist in process improvement initiatives across the EMEA supply chain. /li liSupport supply chain strategy implementation and production transfers (outsourcing/insourcing). /li liWork with suppliers to reduce lead times and enhance responsiveness. /li liHelp ensure supplier capacity aligns with forecasted production requirements. /li liConduct supply chain risk assessments and follow-up activities. /li liSupport FMEA implementation at critical suppliers and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liParticipate in standardisation of supply chain procedures and best practices.
/li liCollaborate with CMs to build strategies aligning with company goals (EMS and Electrical parts). /li liPerforming supply chain management audits. /li /ul h3Personality Requirements and Skills /h3 ul liCandidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree /li liMinimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role. /li liExperience in supplier quality is an advantage /li liExperience working in international and multicultural environments; foreign work experience is a plus. /li liMust understand Electronics and Electrical commodities. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). /li liSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Power BI is a plus. /li liFamiliarity with Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and risk management practices. /li liSix Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred; Black Belt is an advantage. /li liLean methodologies experience (Lean Sponsor or Champion) is a plus. /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pbWork Authorization /b No calls or agencies please.
