They influence outcomes. /ppIf you're a commercially focused CSA Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and driving project performance, this is an opportunity to join one of Europe's leading engineering and construction specialists on a flagship data centre development in Milan. /ppKirby Group Engineering is seeking a CSA Project Quantity Surveyor to support the successful commercial delivery of a large-scale mission-critical project. Working alongside experienced commercial, operational and project teams, you'll play a key role in managing CSA packages from procurement through to final account.

The business continues to invest heavily in training, leadership development and career progression, creating opportunities for ambitious professionals to grow within a high-performing environment. /ph3The Role /h3pAs CSA Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of Civil, Structural and Architectural works throughout the project lifecycle. /ppWorking closely with the Commercial Manager and project delivery teams, you'll ensure robust cost control, accurate reporting, effective subcontractor management and strong contractual administration, helping to maximise project profitability while protecting commercial interests. /ppThis role offers genuine ownership and the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful delivery of a major data centre project. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement through to final account settlement /liliPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, BOQs, cost plans and profit plans /liliProduce accurate monthly valuations, applications for payment and commercial reports /liliManage subcontractor procurement, valuation, certification and payment processes /liliAdminister subcontractor accounts, including variations, change orders, remeasurement and final accounts /liliMonitor project costs and forecast financial performance throughout the delivery lifecycle /liliIdentify,
