We are looking for anbOperations Manager,Italy /bto join our team inRomeon a full-time, permanent basis. We work in a 3-2-1 hybridmodel,with3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday. /p pIn this role, you’ll oversee the performance of our trips across Italy, lead and develop our group leaders and guides, and make sure everything runs safely, smoothly and to the high standards we expect. You’ll work closely with teams across Europe and globally, balancing day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement. /p pYou’llalso be part of the local Management Group, contributing to the direction of the Italy DMC and how we grow whilemaintainingquality. /p pThis role would suit someone with strong operational leadership experience in travel - someone who understands what great looks like on the ground and is happy getting into the detail when needed.You’llenjoy a fast-moving, collaborative environment and be motivated by building high-performing teams and delivering great traveller experiences. /p pSome of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: /p pProven operational management experience,



ideally leading multi-location teams in a travel or service-led environment /p pStrong understanding of European travel operations and what drives quality on the ground /p pSolid experience within the travel industry or as a group leader/guide - Previous experience as a tour leader is a plus /p pDemonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a large, dispersed workforce /p pConfidence owning operational performance, including budgets, KPIs and delivery /p pFluency in both Italian and English /p pExperience embedding, managing and improving operational processes at scale /p pPay Transparency /p pIn line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair,equitableand transparent pay practices.
