/li /br /ul /brh3Your Background /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. /li /brliBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline. /li /brliNative or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li /brliStrong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a focus on audience-centered communication. /li /brliExperience working with internal communication platforms such as intranet systems, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools. /li /brliExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. /li /brliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and a strong interest in AI and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot. /li /brliAnalytical mindset with the ability to track engagement metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements to communication effectiveness. /li /br /ul /brpAt Hitachi Energy, we recognize that our people are at the heart of our success.
