Reporting directly to the Director Legal Compliance at the headquarter in the Netherlands. You will be part of the global Legal Compliance team and act as a trusted business partner to local management and regional leadership. /ppYou will provide hands‑on legal support across multiple jurisdictions (primarily Italy, UK, Finland, Poland and potentially France), with a strong focus on project‑based business, commercial contracting and operational support. You will be closely involved throughout the full lifecycle of projects, from bid phase to execution. /ph3Job Description: /h3h3Commercial Projects /h3ulliProvide practical, business-oriented legal advice to local management and operational teams /liliSupport project teams during pre-bid and bidding phases, including:ulliReviewing and negotiating NDAs, teaming and cooperation agreements /liliAnalysing tender documentation and identifying legal risks /li /ul /liliDraft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including:ulliEPC (e.g. FIDIC or NEC), construction,
OM and services agreements /liliSupply and partnership agreements /li /ul /liliAdvising on contract performance and amendments /liliManaging claims and contract-related disputes /liliManage pre-contractual and contractual claims and disputes /liliCoordinate and instruct external counsel where needed /liliEnsure proactive legal risk identification and mitigation across jurisdictions /li /ulh3Compliance Governance /h3ulliEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies /liliSupport and monitor implementation of group ethics and compliance procedures /liliPromote a strong culture of integrity and ethical business conduct /li /ulh3Corporate, MA Strategic Support /h3ulliSupport MA transactions and partnerships from a legal perspective (as relevant) /liliProvide assistance on integration of acquired entities and post-closing matters /liliSupport corporate governance processes, including intercompany arrangements /li /ulh3Legal Operations Collaboration /h3ulliContribute to the development and implementation of legal templates, tools and best practices /liliSupport knowledge sharing within the Legal Compliance team /liliAct as an interface between headquarter and local business teams /li /ulh3Job Requirements: /h3ulliQualified lawyer with approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience (law firm and/or in‑house) /liliStrong experience in international commercial contracts and project-based environments (e.g. EPC, infrastructure, industrial projects) /liliExperience in multi-jurisdictional environments and decentralized organizations /liliExposure to claims management, compliance and ideally MA or corporate matters /liliPragmatic, solution-oriented and hands‑on mindset /liliStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted business partner /liliAble to manage multiple priorities and work independently /liliLanguage proficiency in English and Italian,
