Production Plants and Project Stakeholders. /li liFacilitates issue resolution and convergence between Product and Process during development and industrialization phases. /li liSupports connection and interface management to ensure technical robustness and packaging consistency. /li liMonitor project technical KPIs and support reporting activities. /li liContributes to quality convergence and readiness activities from prototype phases through SOP. /li liCoordinates vehicle technical updates and retrofit actions on prototype and pre-series vehicles when required. /li liEnsures effective communication among Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers and Project Teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3 - 5 years of experience /li liEngineering degree or equivalent technical background. /li liGeneral knowledge of automotive design, development and manufacturing processes. /li liGood understanding of PMO and project management processes. /li liWould be appreciated the experience in product development, industrialization or project coordination activities. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP. /li liA level of English no lower than B2 is strictly required. /li liAbility to work in a cross-functional and international environment. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 385.000€ to 44.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
