Thisincludes the operation, maintenance, and compliance of electrical, electronic,mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems. You will lead the on-site team,manage service delivery, and ensure all facilities operations meet contractual,regulatory, and quality standards. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure fullcompliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and operationalprocedures across assigned sites. /liliOversee thedelivery of facilities services in line with the service agreement and definedscope of work. /liliCollaboratewith the client to develop and implement maintenance plans that meet customerrequirements, current legislation, and industry best practices. /liliManagepreventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems,including electrical, electronic, HVAC, climate control, and fire prevention systems. /liliCoordinatemaintenance activities with external contractors, tenant fit-out teams, andinternal technicians. /liliRespond tosystem faults and breakdowns within contractual timeframes, ensuring minimaldisruption to operations. /liliSchedulemaintenance activities to reduce safety risks, operational downtime, andinconvenience. /liliRecommendsystem upgrades to improve efficiency, safety, and energy performance. /liliApply advancedtechnical knowledge to resolve complex issues and deliver innovative solutions. /liliAdminister andmaintain the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System), includinggenerating reports for service tracking and planning. /liliEnsurecompliance with all relevant codes, regulations,
and health and safetydirectives. /liliManage clientrequests in accordance with contractual terms and internal procedures. /liliPreparequotations for client-requested interventions and repairs identified duringinspections. /liliOversee thedelivery of soft services on site (e.g., cleaning, waste management,landscaping). /liliManagesupplier relationships and schedule interventions in line with agreed servicelevels and maintenance plans. /liliVerifycompletion of work, ensuring all equipment is operational and client spaces arein optimal condition. /liliLead andcoordinate daily activities of the site team, including task allocation,scheduling, and cross-training. /liliRespondpromptly to emergencies, coordinating additional resources as required. /liliServe as theprimary point of contact for escalated communications between clients,suppliers, and CBRE management. /liliPromote andembody CBRE RISE values through leadership and conduct. /liliMonitorperformance data, track expenses, and report progress to stakeholders. /liliResolvecomplex challenges and identify optimal solutions to meet operationalobjectives. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliHigh SchoolDiploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civilengineering, or related field). /liliMinimum of 5years’ experience in a similar role. /liliStrongunderstanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operationalworkflows. /liliProficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). /liliBasicknowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools. /liliExcellentcommunication skills in both Italian and English. /liliStrongorganizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset. /liliProven problem-solving abilities. /liliSolidknowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
