This role plays an essential part in executing supplier management activities, implementing continuous improvement projects, and driving day-to-day supplier and procurement process excellence. /p pThis position requires a proactive, detail oriented,



and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of administrative tasks across multiple sites. Key areas of focus may include invoice resolution, maintenance of vendor and material records, and open order management. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe a subject matter expert over Procurement processes across multiple categories within the Procurement Team /li liLead in the development, deployment and execution of process efficiency related projects that serve to improve customer experience within the Procure-to-Pay process /li liExecute procurement, sourcing, and contracting processes with accuracy, applying best practices, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and risk mitigation plans. /li liSupport and promote a culture of continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. /li liActively enable team goals, ensuring performance targets and objectives are delivered successfully. /li liWork collaboratively across procurement, legal, and site colleagues to optimize outcomes and enhance alignment. /li liMentor junior team members, lead stakeholder education forums, and actively develop personal procurement expertise. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field required. /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related business or operations function.
