We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting! /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liCarry out the full range of HR processes along the employee life-cycle from hiring to exit in line with Italian labor law regulations and MEININGER policies /li liProcessing the monthly payroll across the different hotels within your region ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained in liaison with the HR Regional Manager /li liDraft employment contracts and related documents to ensure clarity and compliance with legal requirements and ensure data accuracy of all data processing generated by the function, including error correction and timely updating of lists /li liMaintain HRIS and relevant employee data for assigned business units /li liWork with the HR Regional Manager to identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness,
