Within our PD Blowers Division, we develop advanced technologies for complex industrial applications, ensuring quality, innovation, and technical support for our customers. /ppWe foster a culture built on collaboration, continuous innovation, and sustainable growth. /ph3Job Summary /h3pThe Inventory Material Planner is responsible for material planning and the procurement of resources required to support the production plan and achieve customer service objectives. /ppThe role manages an assigned supplier portfolio, monitoring material requirements, purchase orders, order confirmations, and deliveries to ensure material availability while maintaining inventory levels aligned with operational needs and company targets. /ppThe position requires close collaboration with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure supply chain continuity and support production priorities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage material requirements generated by MRP, ensuring alignment with production plans. /liliCreate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and supplier follow-up.



/liliManage day-to-day relationships with assigned suppliers, ensuring effective communication and delivery performance. /liliMonitor order confirmations and delivery schedules, proactively addressing shortages, delays, or supply issues. /liliEnsure material availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and coverage. /li /ulpIdentify and mitigate risks related to stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolescence. /pulliSupport the improvement of supplier service levels and logistics performance. /liliCollaborate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to ensure supply continuity. /liliParticipate in supplier and material review meetings, supporting issue resolution and performance monitoring. /liliPrepare and analyze reports and KPIs related to procurement, inventory, and supplier performance. /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliSignificant experience in similar roles, preferably within Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement environments. /liliExperience in the operational management of a supplier portfolio. /liliKnowledge of MRP processes and material planning principles. /liliGood understanding of Inventory Management principles. /liliProficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence tools. /liliPrevious experience in metalworking or industrial manufacturing environments is considered a plus. /liliFluent in Italian. /liliGood written and spoken English skills.
