managing projects from the initial customer brief through development, sample submission, validation, and final implementation. The role requires strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Sales team in evaluating and managing new customer briefs and project requests. /li liCoordinate project activities from concept through development and implementation. /li liServe as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDefine project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. /li liCoordinate the preparation and delivery of samples, prototypes, and supporting documentation. /li liMonitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues. /liliEnsure effective communication and alignment among all functions involved, including Sales, RD, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement. /li liProvide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
