ph3Function /h3 h3Project Scope of Work /h3 pLocated proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection. The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to 2035; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field’s Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC). assess and manage scope of works of the allocated FEED/EPC package under the direction of their delegated Senior Project Engineers and Project Manager. The candidate must also review, participate, guide and manage the FEED/EPC contractor in developing the scope of works as defined in the various Work Entity Releases (WER’s) (relevant to the FEED phase). /p h3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liSupervision of civil and structural engineering execution in detailed design, production of calculations for heavy equipment foundations, buildings and steel structures. /li liEPC/FEED Analysis and design of modular steel structures including sea transportation, lifting analysis, skidding analysis, load out and stress analysis. /li liEPC/FEED Design of structural steel and precast pipe racks. /li liEPC/FEED Design of structural steel technological structures, process plant structures. /li liEPC/FEED Design of blast resistant buildings. /li liEPC/FEED Design of compressor/table top, pumps and similar types of machine foundations. /li liEPC/FEED Design of Equipment foundations like exchangers, coolers, process columns, steel stacks, horizontal vessels, pipe supports. /li liEPC/FEED Design of specialist structures like chimneys, natural draught cooling towers,



pre-stressed bridges, arch bridges. /li liConversant with all the international design codes of practices such as American and British codes, International Building Code (IBC). /li liResponsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. /li liReview drawings, specifications and calculations and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards /li liCoordinate the design effort to support the materials requisitions and ensure these documents comply with the technical project specifications. /li liAnalyze disputed item from technical and contractual aspects and prepare required official response. /li liResponsible for processing and following up change orders requests.
