Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. /ph3Management Level Definition: /h3pContributions include applying intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems.
