We need a mid-level Marketing Project Manager who can own the flow of the work: setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, coordinating people and suppliers, anticipating problems and taking projects from the initial request to final delivery. /ph3About CM5M /h3pCM5M is an independent marketing and communications agency based in Florence. /ppWe work with food, hospitality, lifestyle and B2B companies, building tailored projects that bring together strategy, copywriting, design, content, SEO and paid media. /ppToday, we coordinate a team of around ten professionals and a trusted specialist network, managing 18 active assignments and predominantly long-term client relationships. Selected clients include Savini Tartufi, Villa Cora, Torre a Cona, Pasta Tirrena and ROSSS. /ph3What you will do: /h3ulliPlan activities, deadlines, priorities and workloads across multiple projects. /liliTurn client briefs and requests into clear plans, responsibilities and timelines. /liliCoordinate copywriters, designers, account managers, external collaborators and suppliers. /liliReview the quality and consistency of materials before presentations and delivery. /liliManage the day-to-day relationship with selected clients, including meetings, feedback and approvals. /liliCoordinate shoots, productions and external suppliers from planning to delivery. /liliIdentify risks, delays and bottlenecks before they become problems. /liliContribute to reporting, budget control and margin monitoring.
