Your role is to support our Lely Centers in delivering excellent technical service, developing their expertise and ensuring our solutions perform at their best. By working closely with technicians, customers and Lely International, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. /p /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brh3What will you do? /h3 /brul /brliProvide second-line technical support to Lely Center technicians by resolving complex technical issues through phone, remote support and ticket management. /li /brliDeliver technical training courses and hands‑on workshops to help Lely Center technicians develop their knowledge and skills. /li /brliSupport the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of Lely milking robots and herd management software when additional technical expertise is required. /li /brliVisit farms to perform technical audits, validate solutions in the field and support technicians during critical interventions. /li /brliTest and validate new products, features and technical solutions, providing structured feedback to Lely International to support continuous improvement. /li /brliShare technical knowledge and best practices across the network of Lely Centers. /li /brliYou monthly participate in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians. /li /brliOccasionally travel to the Lely Campus in the Netherlands or to other Clusters for training, meetings and international projects. /li /br /ul /brh3We would like you to apply if you /h3 /brul /brliHold a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation,
