This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisor, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients and delivering reporting to the clients.br/bKey Accountabilities /b /pulliActivity Coordination: /liliAssist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites. /liliCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. /liliMaintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures. /liliPersonnel Management Assistance: /liliSupport in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision. /liliSupervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records. /liliQuality Assurance Support: /liliAssist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities. /liliEnsure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCost Optimization Assistance: /liliContribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality. /liliAssist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations. /liliInvoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: /liliSupport in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services. /liliAssist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures. /liliResource Allocation Assistance: /liliAssist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities. /liliProvide support and guidance to team members. /liliPerformance Evaluation Support: /liliParticipate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams. /liliContribute to the implementation of improvement plans. /liliScheduling and Milestone Assistance:

The program shall cover both the project and contractors/suppliers organizations. /liliSupport efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements, OHSES Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and RINA QMS. /liliStay informed about relevant regulatory requirements. /liliPerform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System /liliSupport and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements. /li /ulbEducation /bbr/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Generalbr/bQualifications /bbr/Experience in Site Operations:br/ulliPrevious experience in a site operations role is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, project management, and site supervision. /li /ulContract Management:br/ulliExperience in managing contracts, including negotiation, administration,
