ph3Description /h3pWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion SEU team, focusing on France, Italy, and Spain. This role is crucial in driving our infrastructure projects and network strategy to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth in the region. /ppProjects will include partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other stakeholders to help optimize the existing network of Amazon Logistics nodes in the EU to facilitate the organization’s growth plans, and other cross functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering Infrastructure initiatives. /ph3Key job responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards /liliPlan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate AMZL's Last Mile delivery fleet operation /liliCollaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at site level /liliCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction and engineering, to ensure project success /liliDevelop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director level executives /li /ulh3A day in the life /h3pYou will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable leading complex, cross functional programs.
