Through process analysis, business case development, and impact assessment, you will support the evolution of Costa's technology landscape and transformation capabilities. /p h3What Makes You Unique /h3 ul li8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Demand Management, Business Partnership, Business Analysis, PMO, Digital Transformation, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments. /li liProven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans. /li liStrong experience leading cross-functional programs and projects, balancing priorities, managing risks, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders. /li liFamiliarity with technology delivery environments, working with product teams, external vendors, system integrators, and multi-partner ecosystems. /li liExposure to commercial, digital, customer-facing, or operational transformation initiatives is a plus.
