ppbAirswift is currently looking for a /b Contracts Advisor to work with our client /p h3Project Management Team (PMT) /h3 ul liProject: Safaniyah Water Handling Project Division /li liProject Location: Milan, Italy /li liPMC Contract Assignment: September 2026 to January 2028 /li liProject phase: Detail Design EPC /li /ul h3Project Scope of Work /h3 pLocated proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection. The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to 2035; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field’s Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC). We work with the very best industry suppliers to drive our operations to secure our position as a world leader in energy and chemicals. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pTo serve as the Contract Proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts in the assigned organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities And Duties /h3 ul liProvide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements. /li liDirect and participate in the development of engineering and financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative. /li liCoordinate and/or participate in the development of a professional level of analysis of: Company risk, exposure, technical qualification of bidders, scopes of work for various contract services. /li liParticipate as the contract proponent representative or delegate participation on the Bid Review Team charged with development of a realistic Company position on contract terms and the negotiation of these terms. /li liPerform other related duties as requested. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pEducational Technical Requirements: /p ul liBachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
