ppWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Planner to join our Engineering team in Milan. /ppThis role focuses on Engineering Planning Control, ensuring full visibility of engineering deliverables, document revisions, approval workflows, KPIs, multidisciplinary coordination, and engineering progress throughout the project lifecycle. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage engineering deliverables, document registers, revision tracking, approval workflows, and document control. /liliMonitor engineering progress, milestones, interfaces, and multidisciplinary deliverables. /liliCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, and Document Control teams. /liliPrepare engineering KPI dashboards, S-Curves, progress reports, forecasting, and schedule impact assessments. /liliIdentify delays, bottlenecks, and support recovery plans. /liliMaintain engineering schedules aligned with the Project Master Schedule.



/liliEnsure compliance with engineering procedures and document management processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of Engineering Planning experience in EPC projects. /liliStrong knowledge of engineering deliverables, document control, revision management, engineering workflows, approval processes, and KPIs. /liliGood understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and design processes. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel. /liliMicrosoft Project is a plus. /liliAvailability to work on-site in Milan and travel occasionally within Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. /li /ulh3Preferred /h3ulliExperience with international EPC projects. /liliKnowledge of Engineering Management Systems, document management platforms, and Earned Value Management (EVM). /li /ulpOnly candidates whose qualifications closely match the requirements will be contacted. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
