ppb€50,000 - €60,000 + Yearly Premio + Healthcare + Pension /b /p pA growing building automation and controls company is expanding its presence across Europe and is looking for an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its team in Milan. /p pThe role will focus on the delivery of large-scale BMS and building automation projects within the data centre sector, working with major clients, contractors and engineering teams to deliver complex automation solutions from project award through to completion and handover. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong BMS/controls background who wants to work on technically challenging mission-critical projects while being part of a growing organisation with opportunities for long-term progression. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery of BMS and building automation projects. /li liManage projects from design and procurement through installation, commissioning and final handover. /li liAct as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors. /li liCoordinate BMS engineers, controls engineers, subcontractors and site teams. /li liManage project programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance. /li liReview project specifications, drawings, designs and technical documentation. /li liCoordinate BMS installation, panel manufacturing, controls integration and commissioning activities. /li liEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with client specifications, programme and quality requirements.



/li liManage project risks, variations, change orders and technical issues. /li liAttend client and project meetings and provide regular progress updates. /li liWork closely with engineering teams to resolve technical and design challenges. /li liOversee testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final project documentation. /li liEnsure compliance with relevant health safety, quality and data centre standards. /li liSupport the development of project processes and contribute to the company's continued growth across the European data centre market. /li /ul h3Desired Experience /h3 ul liProven experience working as a BMS Project Manager, Controls Project Manager or Automation Project Manager. /li liStrong understanding of BMS, HVAC controls and building automation systems. /li liExperience delivering complex commercial, industrial or critical infrastructure projects. /li liData centre experience is highly desirable. /li liStrong project management and organisational skills. /li liExperience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams. /li liCommercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and variations. /li liAbility to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project documentation. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships. /liliWillingness to travel to project sites when required. /li liFluent Italian and good English would be highly advantageous. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
