This role analyzes customer requirements, applies Makino products and peripheral technologies, and develops machining solutions to support customer success. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEvaluate customer part geometry to determine optimal machining processes, including tooling selection, cutting time, and surface finish. /liliDevelop solutions using Makino equipment and third-party products; integrate, test, and document results. /liliCreate and edit CNC tool paths for customer applications and demonstrations. /liliPrepare and execute pre-sale cutting demonstrations to support sales efforts and differentiate Makino's technology. /liliProvide post-sale technical support through on-site visits, training, and troubleshooting. /liliRepresent Makino at regional and national trade shows with live demonstrations and technical discussions.
