She/he contributes to develop innovative products in an international and dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesigning the new products, maintaining and improving the existing products, performing all thermodynamic calculations needed and selecting all main components (compressors, heat exchangers, controls valves, etc.) to release the performances requested by the Product Management at minimum cost. /li liCollaborating with the other members of the team and other Departments of the Company. /li liOn-site/Remote tech Support to Production,



Sales and After Sales /li liLeading the NPD projects ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within scope and in accordance with the Project Management procedures of the Company. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong competences in Thermodynamics applied to chillers and heat pumps machines. /li liStrong knowledge and competences in designing chillers and heat pumps machines, selecting properly their main components and using specific software tools. /li liKnowledge of the main Standards and Regulations related to chillers and heats pumps. /li liStrong problem solving skills /li liAbility to work under pressure /li liStrong communication skills /li liLanguages: Italian and English (B2 level) /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of HVAC product design engineering (or similar) experience is required. /li liMaster's Degree in Engineering.
